As per your appointment, you will visit our showroom to begin a 1-on-1 conversation with Ms. Thuong Phan or Mr. Thinh Phan. We will listen to the occasion, your style preferences, select the perfect fabric together, and take over 20 detailed measurements to draft an exclusive pattern for your physique.

At this appointment, your first garment will be fundamentally complete. You will try it on, allowing us to observe and make final adjustments to every detail, ensuring comfort in every movement and the most impeccable fit. This is a crucial step to confirm the fit before we complete the rest of your order (if you have commissioned more than one piece).

After the first fitting, your garment undergoes its final adjustments and is professionally dry-cleaned to clean and set its shape. Your perfect masterpiece is now ready to be handed over to you, ready for immediate wear.
